It has been a long time since I have had Hatch Chiles. They are still amazing on a burger. I was feeling nostalgic for the old Bobcat Bites of all most 20 years ago, and the roasting of the chiles in various parking lots in Santa Fe. So glad I ordered two jars, to subdue my craving. It’s bold yet not over powering has a great flavor.
