I called before I ordered because we had gotten hot chile that was very mild from another place. The agent we spoke with said there had more rain than usual but the Chile would be good. We asked if it would be hot and he said not a hot as normal but yes it would have good heat. I asked it it would be at least as hot as big Jim medium hot and he said it it would be much hotter than that. My husband got on the phone as asked again if we would get chile with heat and he was told yes. So we ordered 25#. The order shipped fast and arrived in good shape the only reason for the extra star. But instead of hot or even medium hot, we got extremely mild chile with no heat at all. I immediately called The Hatch Chile Store and got a message that customer service wasn’t taking calls. So we got what they sent but we didn’t get what we ordered and paid for. We are very disappointed and won’t be ordering from The Hatch Chile Store again.
