I've been a customer for years and this year it appears that you're overextended I had to call twice since the initial order was incorrect and, in fact, showed billing going to the person so whom I had sent the gift. Shipping was delayed and, when I called the person couldn't tell me if the chiles had been shipped as part of your most expensive gift bundle. After delayed shipping two boxes arrived and then I received an email that a third box (containing the chiles) had been shipped. Aside from this poor customer service I would also ask that you take a look at how much of your packaging cannot be recycled and therefore is being trashed into the environment. I hope someone at Hatch Chile actually reads tis email.
