Pam was very patient with me in addressing an issue I had with the amount of spoiled chiles due to some confusion about the shipping. I’m grateful that she send me a second 25 lbs. to replace the amount that had spoiled. Thank you Pam.
However, I do have a question. After ordering 50lbs. I received only one box labeled 25 lbs. Is the additional 25lbs also included in the same box?
