My order of Hatch Chiles was shipped via UPS. UPS delayed the shipment at their facility not more than 15 miles from my residence for four days. Needless to say, when the package arrived there were ten pounds of thawed Hatch Chiles. When reported to the Hatch Chile Store, there was no hesitation in "making it right". In spite of UPS dropping the ball, the Hatch Chile Store replaced the shipment within three days! I am now enjoying my Hatch Chiles and will not hesitate to order in the future!
