If you want fresh right from the field green chile, the Hatch Chile Store is the place. I live in Tennessee but use to live In Lordsburg, NM. I get my chile from this store every year. Always fresh, crisp and ready to roast. I won't go anywhere else. I'd you have a taste for good green chile then I recommend Hatch Chile Store!!! And it's roasting day at my house.
