I was a little hesitant about ordering 5 pounds of roasted chiles, but they arrived in 5 one pound packages. Perfection! I also decided to try the chile rellenos, and I am so glad I did. My mouth watered just looking at them, and I had to eat three of them for dinner. I cooked them in the air fryer, following the package directions, then put some red enchilada sauce on them. They were undoubtedly the BEST chile rellenos I have ever eaten. If you are thinking about trying them, then I advise you to just do it! I have company coming and plan to put in another order right away. I also went out on a limb and ordered a table-top chile roaster. While it hasn't arrived yet, my friends are so excited about it, since they love my home-grown peppers. I can't wait! Here's another thing.
