I have ordered Hatch chiles from other sources and have not always had great luck with the chilies arriving in perfect condition. These chilies--from The Hatch Chile Store-- came packed in VERY convenient 1 lb packages and were still solidly frozen. They just arrived yesterday and today I will get to sample the chiles in green chile stew and to sample the rellenos and tamales that I added to my order. I will definitely order from these folks again!
