As always, all 75 lbs of Chiles showed up on time and in great shape (had them shipped to Alabama). They smelled amazing as I opened the boxes, smelled even better while I roasted them, and taste fabulous. Already made a large pot of green chile and a relleno casserole. You can’t go wrong with these Chiles. We got hot, medium and mild.
