Great Chilis.
This years Medium green chilis were perfect for us. Meaty with a heat that is immediate then fades to a deep green chili flavor. We roast 25lbs yearly and freeze 5-6 whole roasted chilis per quart freezer bag. Great to thaw, peel and use in recipes year round.
