Pre-ordered my green chili some time ago. I also bought at the time some frozen whole chile. I have been enjoying the frozen and looked forward to the fresh. It arrived a few days ago very fresh off the field. I am in Oregon and grew up in NM. I roasted the chile and it smelled great. Nothing like the scent of fresh roasting chiles. Now they are peeled and packaged to enjoy. Great deal on the pre-order.
