I have loved Hatch Chile since moving to New Mexico in 1984. I moved back to my home state of Washington in 2001 and missed my Chile very much but couldn't afford the cost of shipping added to the price until just recently.
The flavor of Hatch is unprecedented compared to others. I will always by Hatch or I will go without. Keep up the awesome work of bringing the best Chile in the world to the masses...
