I order about every other year between 50-75 pounds of Hatch Valley green chili's. These are the only chili's I will use. We have them shipped raw and today them ourselves, then I can them and we can enjoy them throughout the year to two years. I honestly can't say enough about the freshness and flavor that they add to all of the foods I add them to. We lived in Las Cruces many years ago. We tried other chili's that were available in our area but nothing could compare to these chili's from Hatch Valley. We were so happy to find out that we could have them shipped to Tennessee. We order these whenever we start to run low and know it's close to chile season. We are truly addicted to these chili's.
