My chiles arrived a day later then originally scheduled. No fault of the Hatch Chile Store and the delay lies with the UPS. Fortunately, all chiles survived the trip. Four pounds didn't last long though ( weren't they sold by the 5 lb amount in previous years?). What was supposed to be made into chile sauce and frozen instead got made, along with some delicious Maryland tomatoes, into a couple batches of salsa and quickly devoured. So, I don't know, I'm kind of on the fence. I love green chiles but this was the second shipping mishap I've experienced and the pricing is getting to be a little much for me. We'll see...
