The chili was picked on Tuesday morning and it was received in great condition Wednesday by 5pm on the East Coast! The heat was spot on and the flavor even better. I typically bring chili back when visiting NM but this is a great option even though the price is higher. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a true NM Hatch chili experience!!!
