Absolutely, the best. We pre-ordered 25 pounds of Hatch Green Chili and 5 pounds of Red Chili in June. When the Hatch Green Chili arrived in August we were more than excited to receive such great quality and great tasting Hatch Green Chili. There was only 1/3 of one pepper we had to cut off and throw away. The service, the newsletters, and recipes are great as well. We have been ordering from here the last three years.
