We overnighted 10 pounds of hot, green hatch chilis fresh after a lot of consultation with Pam about heat and processing. Pam was so utterly wonderful and answered the multiple emails with questions before we ordered. The chilis came on time and we’re in excellent condition. We roasted and processed them tonight! Excellent service all the way around. Thanks so much for helping us transition from the southwest to the southeast while all while accessing a taste of home!
