I have ordered Chile twice. Both times I received excellent results. The most recent was a 25lb of xhot raw green Chile. I pre-paid and I was kept informed about my order. When I received my order,...while I have to say my expectations where exceeded. The Chile was beautiful! I was also given some very helpful information on how to best roast the chile. I am currently in CA., however I am from CO, where we had roasters on corners seasonally. I am very happy to be enjoying my delicious Hatch green chili. Thank you 😊
