My chilies were delivered on time and were very fresh. I've had problems in previous shipments from other companies with a high spoil rate. Not so with my shipment from the Hatch Chile Store! I was able to roast enery one of the 40 lbs. of chilies they shipped. And the chiles were absolutely delicious!
