I have ordered from the Hatch Chili Store several times and every order is fresh and in great condition. Fast shipping and check out their recipes too. I live in Florida and green chili doesn’t exist down here, their idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell. Luckily I make a mean green chili and the hatch chilis are the best.
