I've ordered chiles from The Hatch Chile Store almost every year for the last 5 years. This year I decided to pre-order and was incredibly happy with the result. I ordered a total of 75 lbs of chile that arrived this past week. I'm about 2/3 of the way through roasting and freezing them and I've already made green chile chicken enchiladas and a batch of veggie enchiladas for a friend. As always the quality and flavor of the chile is outstanding.
