This is my second year ordering fresh chilis from the Hatch Chili Store- they are delicious and your customer service is amazing! My 25lb box of Big Jim’s arrived on time and the peppers were beautiful. I roasted them on my gas grill and now have them stored in my freezer ready to use as needed. Looking forward to the box of red peppers! Thanks for being such a great company and for providing great service, it’s rare these days!
