The best source for New Mexico Hatch Chile. Customer service is still pretty good. Sometimes maybe growing faster than they can handle as it takes a little longer to get a response than in the past. I called and also emailed and took more than 12 hours and less than a week which were my options below. .At least you can still talk to a human being instead of a robot. I love their fresh and dried chile. This years Big Jim crop not as meaty but Mother Nature has her way at times.
