My order was placed in advance of the season: Fresh Chile 8lbs Hot & 8 lbs Medium as well as 5 lbs of frozen hot to tide me over till harvest. The frozen arrived quickly here in VA fully frozen and ready for the freezer. I received timely notification of the fresh shipment in August. The shipments arrived in perfect condition...one box for hot & one for medium...the box of hot was labled by heat level the other was unmarked. I'm a repeat customer of many years since moving away from Albuquerque and have never been disappointed in the Hatch products or their outstanding service. Highly recommended no matter what your chile addiction may be. I roasted the chile within a day of arrival using my propane burner...the aroma was amazing.
