We preordered our Hatch green chili and were notified when it was shipped. It was packaged in a sturdy box and arrived on time. We shared some with friends and enjoyed roasting, peeling and chopping them. We put them in small containers and put them in the freezer for later. We highly recommend Hatch Chili Store.
