Regrettably, for me there seems to be a learning curve when it comes to ordering Hatch ChiliStore chili, but ultimately it all worked out. That said, nothing diminishes the quality of the product. When it comes to ordering specialty foods there’s Maine’s lobster, Alaska’s King Crab and or salmon, there’s Texas’ Gulf Shrimp, and Hatch, New Mexico’s chili and chili products. New Mexico’s fine contribution to culinary must haves! Great stuff! Here in Minnesota we, our family orders chili, roasts it, has a fun day eating fresh chili, processes it and freezes the rest. Nothing warms you inside on those frigid Minnesota winter days like Hatch, chili.
