We will definitely order fresh chilis from Hatch Chile Store every year. Received 8 pounds veryfresh, roasted them on our grill, peeled and packed 2 in each baggie and in the freezer. Fabulous flavor, mild-medium is just right. I like their customer service, emailed info and recipes.Just totally pleased all the way around!
