I have ordered from Hatch Chile Store before during difficult times. They have always provided updates and I always received my Chile. The last couple of years were not great Chile harvests, but the Chile I received this year was exactly what I wanted, (extra hot) and it arrived in great condition. This is a great store to order from and I will continue to be a repeat customer.
