Every year I place my order. Usually 50 to 75lbs. I live in Arizona, and even tho, some of the stores sell chile, and it shows Hatch. I don't believe them. Every time I have purchased in AZ the Chile is Horrible. So I started ordering it. Its Fast, and its very Hot in AZ so when I get my boxes, I usually start the next day roasting it. and I only thow away maybe 3-5 chiles. The Hatch Chile Store never lets me down. Highly recommended. I will forever use them.
