The Hatch Chile story not only sends wonderfully fresh chiles, but also has great customer service. Due to a shipping mishap (not the store’s fault) a shipment arrived too late and was moody. The Hatch Chile Store was quick to respond and replace the damaged chiles. Great customer service and products!
