We bought a 25 lb box of mild as our first purchase. I had gotten some from a local store a year ago and my wife went wild over them. They didn't come back this year so we searched out the Hatch Chili Store and decided to get some. Ordered late one week and it was like Thursday the next week they were here. I roasted them on the grill over a three day period and now they are in the freezer just waiting for my wife to use, or just eat out of hand.
