I love Hatch chiles! Our local stores in MN carried them for 1-2 years but then stopped. Ordered a 10 pound box of medium chiles and they arrived promptly when they were supposed to. Very fresh, and loved the smell when we roasted them on our smoker. Bagged them in vacuum bags to freeze and use over the next year. Can’t wait to make enchiladas with green chiles or pork chile Colorado soup.
