Excellent customer service, and deliciously fresh products. Hatch Chile Store stands behind the products they sell and always provide the best chile, whether it is fresh or dried. I ordered two 16 ounce bags of hot dried red chile peppers. The peppers are freshly dried, not leftovers from last year. They will make excellent batches red chile sauce to freeze for this next year.
