I have access to green Chile where I live in NY. I had never bought red Chile pods before, even when I lived in NM. It was always Green. So I decided to try fresh Red Chile pods.
I was excited to try them. They came by when they said. My only disappointment is the number of red Chiles. I would estimate 1/3 was red, 1/3 was red and green and 1/3 was green. For the price paid, it should have been almost entirely red.
