Hello, I live in Alabama and it’s really hard to find some good quality chili, so this is why I shop for chili at hatch. i’m hoping next year that hatch will have extra hot chili because we like it sort of spicy with good flavor and unfortunately. y’all run out of posole mix real fast because online it says it’s sold out. I’m hoping that you all have the opportunity to get some more posole packs ready in the near future. Other than that I really enjoy shopping at hatch for our needs. Thank you.
