Having lived in New Mexico for 7 years, my wife and I need our yearly delivery of Sandia hots sent to North Carolina. This year the heat level was not hot or even warm. I contacted the team at customer service and Daniel explained how this can sometimes happen and then proceeded to help us get the level of heat and flavor we fell in love with.
