Broad selection of unique Hatch Chile-based products.
The freeze-dried salsa is amazing as are the Red Chile Pecans. Looking forward to steaming up some of the Cheese- Green Hatch Chile tamales.
Unfortunately the Chile Rellenos just don't cook up well in my air fryer: very bready dough that never crispens and waaaaaaay too many seeds inside. Just inedible. That $70 would've been better spent on more tamales, maybe the delicious-sounding Pork ones.
