So I'm not sure how to complete the rating. Service and communication was good regarding my order. The order arrived on time and was still frozen. The order was 2 dozen tamales- green chile &cheese, red chile pork tamales. The masa on both kinds was flavorful and fluffy and just the right amount. The red chile pork tamales were good. I have had 2 green chile & cheese tamales and have been unable to find or tast any cheese plus the amount of chile was inconsistent-barely enough on one and just the right amount on the other (the chile had a very good flavor). Unfortunately the jury is still out. Just received a new batch of green Chile/cheese tamales (courtesy of Daniel) to try. They were delicious !
