I placed an order and received a confirmation the same day showing the my billing address and shipping address in North Carolina. The next day I received a shipping notice showing my address as the shipping address. I immediately notified the store that they had used the wrong address and was told that they would take care of it and would send the Chile to the N C address. Next I received the Chile at my address. Since then I have been told by email that nothing can be done about your mistake. I have called the store twice but have never received a return call. As last resort I called my credit card company and they are in the process of canceling the charge. I put your Chile in my freezer so if you want it back you can have it picked up here. I don’t have much use for medium Chile.
