I am just sorry that there is not a star for excellent! I moved from Arizona to Colorado and there was always a good supply of "Hatch"green chilies in both states. However when I moved to Florida I soon found out that most people have no idea what a green chili is or what it is used for. So, I was going into green chili withdrawal. I ordered a case of fresh X-Hot Lumbre and selected the three day delivery. They came in very fresh, plump and ready for roasting. I roasted them on my BBQ grill and they turned out great. The best flavor pepper with plenty of heat. I know when the bald spot on my head itches there are "just right". Tomorrow I will make a batch of pork green chili. "can't wait" Terry Richardson
