Growing up with NM green chilis then moving away and having to get canned chilis was not the same, then I found Hatch Chile Store!!! I keep a year long supply in my freezer, all my dishes are perfection thanks to Hatch! From pork, eggs, quiche, burritos, tacos, etc., green chilis make it!
