Hi Hatch Chile Store,
I was very satisfied with the quick shipment of my chiles. I had read an article that said the Horseman's Haven used sandias in their number 2 chile sauce to bring the heat and I was trying to recreate that sauce. Unfortunately these chiles aren't hot at all. They are actually milder than the Anaheims we get here in California. I have two questions. Do you know what gives the number 2 sauce its heat, and do you sell those chiles? If so, I would love to invest in a box.
