Since I was a kid and we went on a road trip through New Mexico, I have never been able to taste these amazing roasted peppers again, until now! With a flood in the market so many "Hatch" pepper themed products I became a bit dismayed that I never get to taste something that good again. But this is it people! The smell, the flavor, just oh so good. Have been making enchiladas, cheese dips, curries, avocado toast, soups and more and absolutely love it!!
