I live in North Dakota after living in NM for over 20 years. Missed my chile.
I ordered 50 lbs. Of fresh Big Jims.
I have roasted my chile aND bagged them for the freezer.
As I had ordered medium to hot about 2/3 rds of then have no heat at all
I am dissapointed in that aspect.
They were big meaty chiles which is great but no heat is not what I had ecpected.
