The best darn chile this side of the Rio Grand, and then some. I absolutely love Hatch Green Chile. I was joking around with my girlfriend just yesterday about trying Hatch green chile on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. ..lol..I live alone and cook for myself. Last night after working on my truck in the shop, I cooked up some hamberger meat and pork chorizo in a cast iron skillet. I fried several small flour tortillas. I broke up the tortillas onto a plate and covered them with the chorizo, hamberger meat and sprinkled shredded cheese, diced two hatch chile and mixed that in with a little home made salsa. Yum yum yum. See you at the chile festival in September.
