My first order of frozen whole green chilis arrived thawed and warm. The box had been partially crushed in transit rendering the insulation ineffective. I contacted the store and they shipped me a replacement order at no charge. The new shipment arrived fully frozen this morning.
Kudos to the business and especially Emily for outstanding customer service.
