The chilis were great! Very meaty and flavorful. However, I didn't realize I was buying raw chilis when I placed my order. I was a little disappointed to find 50 lbs of raw chili sitting at my doorstep. I thought they would be roasted and frozen. That could be my error for not reading everything.
It all worked out because I found a farmer's market who would roast them for me after a small fee. Worth EVERY PENNY!
