I grew up in New Mexico eating lots and lots of chile ... red and green
I now live on the East Coast and the only chile we have available in the stores is poblano, jalapeños and sometimes Anaheim but I have to roast them myself ... I was happy to find the chile here is already roasted and peeled.
I bought the frozen mild whole green and the medium chopped green .. very happy with both
