This is the third or fourth year I have gotten Hatch chilies from the Hatch Chile Store. It is a highlight of the summer to open the box and hunker down to grilling and prepping them. Every single chile was in good shape, fresh, and no bruises. I’ll be ordering from Hatch Chile Store every year!
