I received an email notifying me the Chile would be shipping soon and a follow up email notifying me my Chile had shipped. On the day it arrived I received text confirmation and an email with a photo showing it outside my door, thank you! The Chile was BEAUTIFUL! Big, meaty looking and ready to roast. I roasted it the next day, it roasted beautifully and was super easy to peel and process. My 4 lb. box yielded 43 oz. of green Chile roasted peeled and chopped. I am delighted!
